EFT TAPPING COURSE

The Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT Tapping is a powerful self-help method that is used  as a therapeutic stress reduction approach. Clinical trials demonstrate EFT’s effectiveness to  rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories that trigger emotional distress and  dysregulation. EFT uses intentional tapping on acupuncture meridians to disrupt painful  patterns, and allow new freedom. 

This course is recommended if you’re looking for a self-tool to resolve your own personal  issues, work with clients, or want to become an EFT Practitioner. EFT has a great advantage as  you can teach your clients to help themselves between sessions.
