ThetaHealing Group Session

The ThetaHealing meditation technique was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her journey back to health.
Using a meditation technique and a spiritual philosophy with the purpose of improvement in mind, body and spirit while getting closer to the Creator of All That Is. It is a focused prayer to the Creator that allows you to train your mind, body and spirit to clear limiting beliefs and live
life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. The session is very much a small bit of life coaching, followed by the ThetaHealing® experience which is similar to a guided meditation or hypnosis.
The reason this different than a normal meditation is that we unlock and release subconscious beliefs that are holding us back from the momentum and dreams that we desire to create.
Possible results that others are having: creative openings, inspirational momentum, manifestations of opportunities, healings, past trauma weight released, physical release, increased quality of sleep, and many more.
